How soon will someone contact me?

We review new requests within 1 business day and typically reach out within 1–2 business days by your preferred method (text, call, or email).

What should I bring to a meeting?

Bring whatever you have: a phone we can call or text, zip code, your child’s school (if relevant), and any deadlines (like utility shut-off dates). If you don’t have documents yet, still come—we’ll help you make a plan.

Is my information private?

Yes. We only share your information with your permission when connecting services. We’ll ask before looping in partners like schools or agencies.
