Grand Connections

Kinship Care Support Network

Grand Connections is a supportive community for grandparents and non-biological caregivers raising children due to parental absence, crisis, or instability.

We understand the unique challenges of stepping into a parenting role later in life. Through monthly meetups, resource education, and peer connection, Grand Connections helps caregivers reduce stress, navigate systems, and build stronger, more stable families.
